Kappa Kappa Gamma at the University of Wyoming can otherwise be known as a melting pot. The women here are diverse not only in their area of study, but also where they come from and the activities they're involved in. In accordance to the fact that the state of Wyoming is one of the fewest populated states, students at the University (including those in Kappa Kappa Gamma) come in from all over the country. Just to name a few, we have women from Colorado, Nebraska, California, Alaska, Louisiana, Illinois, and yes, Wyoming. Furthermore, the women of Gamma Omicron have a wide range of areas of study. While some of our women choose to express their gentle side by going into elementary education, others prefer to experience an on-the-job adrenaline rush and have chosen to major in the criminal justice field. Some other areas of study include veterinary science, biology, business, kinesiology, nursing, and law. |
In addition, the Kappa women at the University of Wyoming while participating in many activities outside of the classroom. Some of these activities include varsity sports, student government, Big Brother, Big Sister programs, business club, and study abroad programs. |
